2007 “Foose Stallion” Mustangs Available

Helped design and spec every stitch in the custom interior and every pavement-ripping performance mod. The first production custom ponycar is named Foose Stallion which will be available in both coupes and convertibles.

Ford Delivers First Shelby GT500

2007 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500Back in January, Ron Pratte won the right to purchase the first Shelby GT500 at the Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Event in Scottsdale, Arizona for $600,000. On the 27th of June, he was at Ford’s AutoAlliance International assembly plant for delivery of the most powerful production Ford Mustang in history.

“On behalf of the mangement and workers here at AutoAlliance, I’m proud to hand over the keys to this Shelby GT500,” said Gary Roe, President, AutoAlliance. “The Shelby GT500 is an instant classic and the AutoAlliance team couldn’t be happier to be a part of the Ford-Shelby history.”

Ford Promises Refreshed Mustang Each Year

2009 Ford Mustang ConceptToday at the 2007 Ford full line preview, both Derrick Kuzak and Carroll Shelby gave some insight about what’s in store for Ford’s ponycar. As the most successful car in Ford’s portfolio, Mustang enthusiasts were given a promise of “new product content” each year. I suppose that’s what the company should do considering it’s slumping sales of late, attributed to many things including higher gas prices. Gas rebates and incentives only go so far, and Ford has to maintain interest in the icon that defines their “bold moves” advertising campaign.
