Bluestang1724: I wanted to be a part of something and feel accomplished with my life. I didnt want want to be like all my friends back home who still live at home with their parents.

MM: What do you like most about it?

Bluestang1724: The pride of being a marine.

MM: Biggest dislike?

Bluestang1724: I deal with a lot of bullshit, and people who don’t appreciate what I’ve sacrificed for their freedom.

MM: Best Memory?

Bluestang1724: Graduation, when I EARNED the title of United States Marine.

MM: Can tell us about one person in the service who has affected your life most?

Bluestang1724: I’d probably have to say my stepfather. He was a marine and I’ve always looked up to him. He was a presidential honor guard at 8th and I Marine barracks in Washington D.C.
