Brighten Your GT500 With The “Red Stripe Package”

We all know that the Ford Shelby GT500 is one of the most sought after Mustangs that is on the market today. To make things even more enticing for enthusiasts, Ford is spicing things up a bit by adding a limited-edition package that will make the GT look even better. This new and better GT “Red Stripe Appearance Package” is said to be stunning and will be making everything ‘Red’.

You’ll be able to apply this new package on to any of the 2007 GT500 Coupe with either white or black exterior paint, starting at the beginining of May. The best thing that come with the package is the bright red overbody and the bodyside stripes. Also included is red and black leather interior, unique red-accent exterior badges, including red-tinted Cobra emblems in the grille, fenders, and in the faux gas cap on the rear panel.

Like almost everything else the package adds unique new premium floor mats with a Red and Silver embroidered “Cobra Snake” logo, plus a fitted Shelby GT500-branded car cover. The famous “Shelby” letters will also be featured on the decklid and, like everything else, they will have red accents. The appearance package carries an MSRP of $1,650 and will be available from early May through late June. It will mark the end of the 2007 model run.
