Fuel Shut Off Switch

My son has been having an off and on problem with his car. It's a '93. Two weeks ago he tried to start it and it wouldn't start. Next day, it started right up. And has been fine until today. It has no power to the fuel pump. where is the fuel shut off switch?

Um is it fuel injection or Carb?

Check the Fuel pump Relay when he turns the key on do u hear a clicking noise? if u do get under the car and move the cords going to the tank.

the relay should be under the dash behind the fuse box

the fuel shut off switch is in the trunk left of the licence plate
