Need help with Laptop tuning.

Does anyone know if you can tune a 89 2.3L Mustang LX with a laptop? If so, what all do I need to buy? I mean, I've done this before with a fuel injected Porsche so I am familiar with the procedure just not the specifics on this car. I assume that I need a connector for the under hood plugin, a laptop(obviously), and the software. What I need to know is where to get the plug and the software for this car. I have looked a little and had no luck whatsoever. I certainly can't be the only one wanting to do this considering how popular this motor is. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. i dont know the procedure either, but it CAN be done.. there is a guy on here, his screen name is TT86.. if you can do it on an 86, i dont see why it cant be done on an 89.. shoot him a pm and ask him what all it needs
