Auto To 5spd On 2.3

Ive done the swap on a 5.0s a few times over. but ive never done one on a 2.3

what i got.... 93 hatch thats in good shape but its auto.

parts car is a 93 coupe thats kinda beat but the motor and trans are good.

how hard is the swap

do i have to swap engine harnesses?

...someone who has done it, please let me know

It is a straight forward bolt in deal.

Start by pulling the drivers seat and replacing the pedal the pedal assembly.
You will need plenty of light so you can find all of the bolts holding the pedals on. The steering column has to come out but it's not as hard as it sounds.

Figured It Was The Same As The Bigger Brother 5.0 Swap....about To Have To Do Another One.....

So If I Manage To Get This Other Hatch Thats In Good Shape Ill Swap My T5 Over To It.
