Re-Drilling Axle / Rotor Lug Pattern
Is it possible to just take your four lug axles and remove the studs and re-drill the holes to make it five lug? Possible with rotors?

If your wanting a 5 lug swap there's an easy way to accomplish this ... Salvage yard .. Have you ever heard of Steve Magnante? I've had this article or rather a copy of this article for quite some time. I wish I could find it online to better explain this with pictures but I'm going to write it out for ya.
And I quote "It's a little known fact that you can mix and match goodies in the self serve wrecking yard before you pay and get a better deal. The flat-rate price structure makes this possible, and in my extensive boneyard travels, the yard operators don't really care as long as they get the dollar amountposted on the price board and you don't wreck stuff in the process. Here's how to upgrade any 86-93 Fox Mustang 8.8 Traction-loc axle to five lugs in the field before you pay. The trick also applies to non-limited slip 8.8s as well as all Fox-body 7.5 axles. 1 Making sure to contain all fluids, pop the cover and pull the "death-clip", cross-shaft, C-clips, and brake drums. The stock four-lug axleshafts will pull right out. Take care not to hurt the axle seals. 2 The A-R-B passenger-side axleshaft is 26.25 inches long, too short to fit the Mustang housing. This is why you'll need two of the 29.16-inch driver-side axleshafts. When it comes to brakes, many A-R-B light trucks came with 10-inch brake assemblies that bolt directly to the ends of the Mustang housing. A-R-B meaning '83-'95 Aerostar, Ranger, Bronco II
