r u sure it's coming from the power steering bump and not one of the belt idlers or a serpentine belt?

that's what i'd check first. pull the belt and inspect it for dry rot or cracks, and with the belt off spin the idler bearings and feel if they are rough or noisy when you turn them.

I checked belts and pulleys. Plus the squeek only happens when I move the steering wheel. Other than that it just a nice idle prrrr from the motor

is it a belt squeal you hear?

it sounds like the belt is slipping when the pump is required to work.

causes:
1. bad tensioner
2. belt length too long
3. belt has oil or some other crap like belt dressing on it and its slipping because its no longer clean and dry.

It's not a high pitch squeek like the belt. It's more like a muffled whine.. does that help better. OK 92

Take a look at the ball joints. When they dry up it causes the power steering to work harder.

Hahahaha i think what you are hearing is the classic ford P/S pump whine. Is it a mixture of almost a whine and a growl? If so thats your problem. It is not fixable. I dont know what they did wrong, but they designed the pump in a way that it just makes noise under a load. And when they do it at idle, it means they are low on fluid.
