nobody has a good working used one there all junk im thinking of experimenting with my buddys ranger and mounting it to his core support to keep it cold wich seems to be the cause of failure is getting to warm which they do

...i feel your pain man...i go tlucky, i found one in a yard tried it but it was bad too but i noticed it was a duralast brand.....lets just say homie warranty a new one for me.......i could ask him what he can do on a new one.

i bought a used motorcraft one off ebay... installed it and the light went out and the tach returned to normal rpms... for about 2 minutes. as i was pulling away to test drive in about 100ft i watched the tach needle drop back to half speed and the CEL came on again. UUGGHH!!!

samething happened on that duralast one i found.....after i put the new one on a i got after warranty.....my power module thing died, then idle motor took a dump.....but its running good now..
