egr...i know

is it bad too just unplug the egress? I don't care about the check engine light coming on ive had it unpluged forawhile now and kind of notice a difference but when when it gets to higher rpms it doesnt really feel like im going anywhere its loud as shit and it feels like im going fast just from the noise alone lol but when you sit back and look around im not really doing anything but slowly accelrating and reving my engine high....and suggestions?

For the most part disabling/deleting the EGR will only make a marginal difference. You're basically preventing hot inert exhaust gases from being recirculated into the intake. In gasoline engines the EGR isn't terribly active. If anything there should be no adverse side effects. Diesel guys unplug their EGR's all the time in fact to improve performance, fuel economy and reliablility.

Of course I'm speaking from the perspective of someone familiar with diesel engines and the 4.6L modular, so don't take my opinion too seriously.

Snake you are right on the money, folks despite what you might have heard on other sites, don't waste your time with this, unless you are building a full tilt racing engine. I have disconnected these while the engine is on the dyno running and it makes no difference in power!
