ok well i have a 93 mustang lx 2.3l with a 15/16 front sway bar. i know that some cars came with bigger ones. does anyone have experience with the diferenses in the size and feel of the front bars? thanks . and out of what cars/ and years can i get the rear sway bar out of? mine did not come with one in the rear.

any of the v8 mustang bars will fit on your 2.3, both front and rear.

before you start adding a fatter front bar, lets try to figure out what your car truly needs to corner flatter and more neutral.

check your tires for correct air pressure, empty all the stuff in your car that does not belong there, and go drive the car hard on your favorite road (large parking lots or abandoned airports are preferred in case yu take a corner too hard).

now, when you take the corners hard, which tires tend to lose traction first, the fronts or the rear?

if it's the rear, add a fatter front bar

if it's the front, add a rear bar

I just removed one from my 85 gt before taking it to the scrapper, it is bigger that on my 92 2.3. I will also be installing the rear one off a 95 3.8
