back pressure problem or not

Put on a new cat with pipe from summit yesterday. Now the car ideals funny when I shut it off and when start it right back up vacuum drops and car almost installs. Few second later it's idealing fine. Is it from the lack of back pressure? Nothing has really changed besides the cat pipe. From a dual cat to a single cat.

If you haven't all ready, dis-connect your battery and turn the ignition to the on position and leave it sitting for 20 minutes or more. This will normally re-set the cars computer and should allow it to re-map the fuel and spark trims. If this does not work, you may have another un-related issue,
