5.0 lx exhaust tail pipes

my stock tail pipe has a hole in it and i wanna replace with the 5.0 lx tip. looks alot better. are the hangers the same and will it clear my bumper?

assuming that you have a 4cyl, the answer is yes they will fit with modification and no the hangars on the passenger side are not the same. I had the 5.0 exhaust installed on my son's car. It also required a second muffler be installed after a modification at the catalytic converter.

im not planning on doing duals. just the lx tail off my stock exhaust

If you're only using one 5.0 tailpipe, then what's the point in that? It would be more cost effective to just replace it with a factory 4-cylinder style tailpipe.
Honestly just imagining one 5.0 tailpipe would look just as wierd as those v6 Mustang owners that a chrome tip to their tailpipe.

Yes, the 5.0 pipe uses the same hanger on the driver side. I think the dual exhaust really made the car look sharp.
