2.3 mods question help

i have an 93 mustang 2.3 auto tran. it is my daily driver i have have many plans for it to increase the hp such as

moates quarterhorse
stage 1 cam
mill the head
junk yard pullies
performance exhaust
performance header
cam gear
msd wires an Ignition system
Aluminum Driveshaft
t-lok
better gears in diff

i wanted to know if it would be better for me to put in a t-5 from a 2.3 or keep the trans i have now an rebuild it with a shift kit also do they make shift kits for manuals an can the torque converter be upgraded in both of these trannys

Put a t-5 in. A4LD trans can only withstand around 150 hp. The t-5 gives you better mileage as well. You can put a higher stall converter in but it wont make a difference unless you have a large cam...

Yea go with a t5 that is good info and NO a shift kit is only for auto matics and so is a torque convertor a Manuel uses a CLUTCH not a torque converter or shift kits.
