help with engine swap

I have a 93 Lincoln mark vii, has no tranny but the motor runs strong. I also have a 86 mustang 4cyl, 5speed with a bad motor and tranny..I'm wanting to take the motor ecm and wiring out of the mark vii and put in the Stang.

Is this possible? What else will I need? Any pointers? Will I have to cut anything?

All help is appreciated.. I plan on going back toa auto with a shift kit.

I have 1 complete 93 mark viii minus a tranny and the motor from a 94 or 95, I don't remeber. So I have 2 4.6l to pick from.
