lol ppl buy their mustangs for ridiculous amounts of money..

i bought mine for $150.. though it needs about $1000 in parts and labor (like 500 if u can do it urself, which i can ) so i wud never pay $1500 for a 2.3 hatchback like if u look in the paper or online

jus find someone who owns an old one somehow.. thats wut i did

dude if u really want a 2.3 hatch jus go to the junk yard.. last time i was there, and mine is a very small one, i musta seen like 8.. sure, theres shit wrong wit them.. and sure u gotta fix it up.. but its a junk yard, what this car is missing the one next to it has.. so yea, salvage is a good idea in terms of mustangs.. cuz theres so many parts available, both old and new, that u can prolly assemble one piece by piece right from the junk yard.. and hav it running better than one u wud buy used

JunkYards and Mustangs ? Not out here . Hell in Georgia if you do find a Stang you will find a half stripped frame with no real usable parts. People out here have a habit of ripping them apart.

I dont know what state your in bu tif you looking for a 2.3 then its easy to locate in Alabama , Tennessee , Texas for dirt cheap.

Just google for craigslist and go to states you have access to. I normally tend to do alot of driving around so Im always bouncing around grabbing partts to bring home.

Which is part of the reason why I have 3 foxbody's instead of just 2. But to each his own. The coolest part about CL is though people post their prices alot of them are willing to negotiate on it. And though some of the cars may need work you can still get a running vehicle for well under a grand.
