Here are the ROLLER cam specs on the 88'-97' and up "Dual Plug" engines. Single plug engines were offered in Mustangs up to 1990.

Do you have a specific goal in mind with the roller cam?

Cam Lift (Intake):.216"
Cam Lift (Exhaust):.216"
Valve Lift (Intake):.355"
Valve Lift (Exhaust):.355"
Duration at .050" Lobe Lift (Intake):189 Deg
Duration at .050" Lobe Lift (Exhaust):186 Deg

If you want performance, buy an aftermaket cam, but take into consideration the modifications that you will have to make to the fuel and fuel management systems.

Aftermarket roller cams for the 2.3 are expensive, I run a BoPort 1.9 roller cam and love it, worth the money in my opinion. Do not be to disappointed if you get a roller cam from a ranger or mustang and don't notice any difference in power.
