Not a track car only. Its gonna be a street strip daily driver.
Im not gonna use stock gauges at all. All I really want are wiring for motor, lights, and my heater and stereo. Car already is manual windows which I like for this project. Im gonna refurb this dash tomorrow and get it painted and hopefully put it back in. Minus the gauge pod. and the heater controls, cause it needs new ones.

I'll be repainting the porno-red stuff and keeping the grey, grey.

Vinyl paint from wal-mart and a little windex to clean it does the trick.

I done that with my 89 gt. I took all the plastic out and scrubbed it with a green scouring pad and dawn dish detergent. Then let it air dry. Then applied Krylon semi gloss spray paint. Never had any problems afterwards. Gonna do the same exact thing to my coupe dash tomorrow!
