well it is a turbo, just the stock block with cast pistons, cant go more then 8 psi with it, as for the 2.3T's you can go up to 30, im dialed in at about 27psi

also check out this FknBadFkr's SVO, he's got a bad ass setup, all info is on Turbo ford of his car

Check it out!

if you do, sticky it

and i dunno if i shud use the same block for my volvo head

you say the block is weaker, but other ppl say its the same thing

i really want to keep the block, cuz i want it to be the same 2.3 that everyone makes fun of

I was trying to set the timing "0*" on the stock 2.3 N/A (still need it for my driving test and I also still needs parts for the swap)

you can use the stock block, it could handle up to about 500hp
I thought jon huber had a 1000hp+ 2.3 stock block stroked to 3.0

and jon huber has a tall-deck block made for racing (very rare, btw)

ours can only be stroked to a 2.9

Yes MSO is correct, tall deck blocks are very rare and expensive

and its a bit hard to set the timing at 0*, Set at 10* advanced with spout out, then put spout back in and it should be at 20* advanced or so, you'll get a few ponies that way to
