so what up with the knock sensor ?

what is it, and what does it do when you unplug it?

o ya i got the money for ether a cam or lifters do i need both or can i get some lifters that will give some hp

i doubt lifters will give you hp..

the knock sensor detects knock (duh)

what it does is.. when it senses knock it puts the timing back and it stays that way for a while

the only thing bad about it is that it detects even the slightest bit of knock, even when it's completely harmless.. set your timing right and take it off

you wont bog down for no reason when your driving

and you can get cams that dont require changing lifters
