quick question

I did do a search first but couldn't find the answer I was looking for ,So I have a quick question. I've heard of people using a 255lph fuel pumps, before ordering one I was wondering if I can use it on my stock 2.3 without using a adjustable regulator. Can I use the stock regulator without any problems. eventually I will change it ,but i need a new fuel pump now and would like to upgrade while I'm doing it. Thanks in advance

I would think that you would have to upgrade
your fuel regulator as well.. it would only make
sense.. your getting more fuel to the regulator
then normal and your regulator.. like what is ment
for. is regulating how much fuel to pass through at once.

I also beleive youd have to upgrade your fuel injectors
if your running EFI
