will a 4 plug head replace a 8 plug head

I have a 1993 8 plug 2.3 mustang with a cracked head. I have a friend with a ranger 2.3 4 plug head. Can I use the ranger head and just not use the second coil pack? Thanks

nope

the design of the heads is completely different

you'll need some modifications to the block, if you can

No they will fit, but a lot of re-wiring will be required

i would think the head from a 95-01 ranger would flow even better

its different from the mustang's 2.3 8-plug
