ok waht i'm syaing now is:

stock 2.3T
bored 0.020 over
2.5 crank
forged long rods/pistons
boost controller w/ stock turbo
volvo intercooler
and a 100 shot of nitrous

how much you think? (and how high can i turn up the boost?)

well the T3 can handle a max of 30psi but you dont wanna push it there, 20 psi is safe 24 if you get that itch

w/o the nitrous i'd say a good 290-300hp at about 20-25psi

see thats the good thing about the 2.3's the littlest mod makes a huge gain

and if you got the exhaust right with the a/f ratio right, thats gonna be one hell of a gain

stroking it would be the way to gain a lot of torque right? i want the torque to rival that of the V8s

yes strokin makes nce torque and its also more displacement

can you just drop a 2.5 crank in there? or do you need shorter pistons with it?
