2.3 Turbo

what would be the quickest way for me to know if my 2.3 litre 1983 engine has the turbo option

look under the hood on the passenger side of the block and see if there is a turbo there with a intercooler on top.

darn...I figured the only way for me to know would be to pop the hood. I'll have to have my people check it for me.

How come you can't pop the hood? It's easy. All you gotta look for is the turbo running off the exhaust manifold/header or whatever it was back in the day. If it's an '81, I beleive it's the carbuerated turbo setup.

Get your step mom to check and see if it has a boost guage.

they didnt come with a boost gauge.
