Auto tran slips in 3rd on turbo swap help!!!

my tranmission is sliping in 3rd gear when your hard on the trottle and i dont know why it doing that was wondering if anyone knew the 1st 2nd gears are fine under boost but once you hit 3rd it start to slips at high RPMS the only thing done to this car is a racerwalsh stage 2 cam CAI and a exhaust the rest is completely stock the boost is on stock level to. i just dropped the tranmission to fix a seal on the engine already and REALLY do not want to have to drop this tranmission again so help would be great!

sounds like normal ware an tear, do a tranny service on it and see what happens
