putting exhuast on with jacks

Has anyone on every put the stock exhuast pipe on with the car jacked up. Im talking about the pipe from the mide pipe to the axle backs. I tried messing with it for a minute but it doesnt seem like it can be dont you just can get enough of an angle to get it over the axle. I had it jack all the way up.

if you have to take the bottom bolt loose out on the rear shocks and lower the axle some, thats what we had to do with mine

Managed to get mine off with a little work, we had the rear up on some foot high ramps, and then used floor jacks to pick up the front end for some clearance, gave us *just* enough room to finesse it out.
