Thank you , I will be doing this soon . This is much better than the black and white pages I was looking at.It sounds as if patience is the key with the spring tool ,when replacing the followers.

What are the part #'s of everything I would have to buy?

This seems above my head, but if I can save $460, I might as well give it a go!

dont ask me...i was spraying them that night...i drove kind of nice for around 80 kilometers first but thats it

awesome write up man, im looking at this now, because i plan on doing mine this weekend or next, u never said to reinstall the followers?? any reason why u left them out while putting the cam back in..or did i miss that part? EDIT: nvm saw that in part two, so u reinstall them after them cam is in? im so lost lol i want to completely understand this before i even attempt it
