You could go MMR shortblock, Livernois or MMR heads and BBR stage II cams.

Depends on your definition of HS, but that normally refers to something a little bit on the extreme or mega side as in maybe 600+ rear wheel. Large Powerhouse turbo with MMR block, cams and heads would give you a strong start, although there are many excellent surperchargers that will get you to that level and beyond. If you are going to the track with that much power, then you need to attend to rearend, transmission, wheels/tire, suspension, fuel system, mandatory safety equipment.

There is a dark side to extreme power mods. There is a definite trade-off between track car and street car.

Its just a drive on sunny days car and i want it to also be a midnight drags car but i dont wanna mess with it so much that i cant take if for a nice little drive once and awhile... Sooo what horse power range should i shoot for and what quart mile time would it get me.... I really wanna be in the 11s

you will be in the 11's easy with that power...if you can make it hook. You can run 600 on the street...you would just need some good DR's or slicks is all.
