a wideband o2 sensor deals with tuning your air/fuel ratio. they are good for tuning, especially with fi, which i think ive seen you say you're getting. The wideband O2 sensor will give you real world data on how your air/fuel ratio is doing and along with live data logging with the tuner can allow you to dial the car in very well provided you know what you're doing.

AEM UEGO easy to install, not programing required and it looks good and comes with different gauge faces.
if you want the best Innovate makes the most reliable but it is about 100-150 more and you have to recalibrate it so its a harder install
