08 V6 Spark plug questions

Are the 08 V6 plugs a standard 1 piece plug? Are there any TSB's on these like the 4.6 3V's where they crack or break during removal? Thanks

the best thing i have found for the coils are the screamin deamon coils. i also have the msd superconductor wires and bosch fusion plus. it made a pretty good improvement on mine. the spark plug gap when using the screamin deamon coils are .065
