No. Cutting, clamping welding is required.

Be prepared to get out your reciprocating saw, car jacks, your welder, and several hours of your time!

the gt's have a completely different set up. the exhaust is entirely different from the manifolds back. they are set up for higher flow due to the gt being a v8 and has more power.

No it's not "completely different" . The GT is slightly larger diameter and does not have a Y pipe.
If you cut and weld the GT H in place of the 6 Y pipe, the rest of the exhaust will fit without a problem.
If you can't weld the Pypes conversion kit is a bolt in (after cutting the V6 Y pipe), and comes with GT takeoff mufflers.
(you will need to cut the V6 bumper for the second pipe... template is available online)

it is completely different. the manifolds are different, the v6 has a y-pipe and single exhaust and the gt has a dual exhaust. the gt exhaust will fit on the v6 if an adapter or new mid-pipe is used, but that doesnt change the fact that both exhaust systems are completely different
