In my opinion, any exhaust would be better than flowmaster. I have a flowmaster delta 40s I think and i hate it. Just waiting after vacation so I can buy the longtubes and finally install the exhaust.

I really enjoyed my bassani single muffler, great sound. I personally dont like flowmaster on the 4.0. Look around on youtube its all about personal taste. Are you going single or duals?

I personally own a SLP-powerflo single axle back exhaust, which is installed on my 05 v6 mustang. When I installed it, all I really had was a ram air, and it sounds amazing. My friend has the flowmaster and I think it blows it out of the water. Go with the SLP powerflo hands down.

I have it installed on my 06 and it's the best bang for your buck. I did a lot of researching before going with the slp because I didnt want my stang sounding ricey like some of the exhausts out there sound like. So if you want something that has a nice rumble and sounds mean when you hammer down on the throttle then get the power flo!
