I need some help


i have been trying to find out how to beef up my rear end to handle 350 rwhp i cant find an 8.8 the only one i found was on ebay n i cant fine shipping costs, is there anything i can do to make my stock rear end stronger to handle the power, please help me in detail with any links to parts you may have. your help is appreciated, thanks everyone

I think that Speed Concepts - Performance Parts to feed your appetite! sell new 8.8 for the s197(I'm not positive, I know that TSP is always giving me a link to new s197 8.8s I think that's it). As far as the shipping cost, that can vary greatly. I would recommend contacting the seller and asking. I'll warn you though it could be anywhere from $150-$800. Most of what I found was in the $200-$600 range.

Just checked their site and they do sell new 8.8 rear ends. It's a good price for new.

yeah speed concepts is selling it for cheaper. You can get the whole thing with 3.31 for $400 and you can get it with 4.10s already in it for $840.

i think il pick up the 8.8 with the 3.31 gears for 400 cant beat that then i can run 9 psi on my turbo no problem
