when launching, should i have traction control on or off? which would make me go fastest?

you can power brake these to about 1800 and it just spins a tiny bit at launch, (they have a pretty high stall converter) but yeah, off

tcs off and learn to launch start by 1.2 then step up to 1.4 and experiment until you find a rpm range that you feel comfortable with.
