rear mounts make a killer sound, I like them better personally than your traditional turbo they are much easier to build your self and the install is easier if you can get a lift

talk to STS tell them that you have a V6 mustang that is comparable to the 4.0 one... and they will try to build you something
I am curious as to what they suggest for the pre turbo exhaust from the engine to the compressor its self

it only losses something like 5% psi compared to a normal engine bay turbo from what i understand...
there aren't any lag issues if the turbo is matched appropriately so i don't see how it can be a bad thing... you are making power and it might be cheaper i wasn't given any info on price when i contacted them

ok i emailed and called the sts turbo people, but they returned my call when i was in class... and i havent been able to reach them yet.
i have seen that powerhouse411 turbo. that was my choice before you told me about the sts. GF, i am about to youtube it, but what is the difference in the sound of mid vs rear mounted turbos. i know you said you like the rear more |
