CAI exhaust gears NEED advice

Ok, so i have about a grand to spend. Can I get these three things for that much? And if I can, can someone send some links to places with the best deals/quality? It would also be a big help to get a better idea of what each of these do and how much gain in hp, torque, ect. i would be expecting.

07 v6 automatic mustang

Well,for a grand it won't get you all that.Now,sticking with the listed vendors here i would choose personally justin @ vmp.He knows our 4.0 stangs well and offers alot of tuner packages and a gt muffler to lose the restriction for now.

I would go c&l intake tuner combo and it should come with 3 custom tunes.I would call him on this since i don't see the combo listed for 4.0's just gt's.So that would leave you 400 or so towards >gears/lsd/labor
