bbk intake


I just ordered a bbk intake and xcalibrator 2 from american muscle.com

The website says i dont have to re-flash for this intake. I dont want to reflash i dont know how and its confusing, thanks.

re-flashing is just overwriting the stock engine settings. You don't have to reflash your engine but you want to. It makes your intake as alot more power

If the intake and the xcal were bought as a package I’m sure the xcal is already tuned for the intake and octane. The xcal is just plug and push buttons, not difficult.

no it didn't come in a kit. and it says it only comes with one tune. Am i making this more complicated than it is?

yeah. That one tune is the tuning program than is set to work with your intake and octane.
