Tire size question

Any of you tire size experts know if these will these fit on the 18" bullitts....? 265-40ZR18 97Y BFGoodrich G-Force KD

The stock 18" bullitts?

I'm almost certain they will fit, but they are almost an inch shorter than stock. Keep in mind those tires won't last very long, aren't too good in the rain, and useless in snow, but are killer when it's dry.

Let Juco chime in to be sure if they fit.

I was gonna say that too. The width of tire is VERY dependent on the width of wheel you would like to run. A 265/40/18" G-Force T/A KD is rated for a 9"~10.5" wheel.

I think you are running an 8.5" wheel, so I would not be too concerned about it. I think a 255 would be a better fit though.

^Agreed. A 255/45-18 is a perfect size for the stock Bullitts.

tire is a little short for your car, but it would mount up ok. +1 on the 255/45/18 being a better size. You would be getting about the same contact patch, and the proper diameter that you would need.

I would recommend nitto nt555's, but the bfg kdw2's would work also... they just cost more.

Here are prices for the Nitto NT555 and BFG KDW

BFG - $196.00

Nitto - $198.00

Those are off of the Discount Tire website. You can't go wrong with either tire. I have the Nittos on mine now and they are great.

the bfg's look better. i really should try the nitto's to see which one truely is better, but i will never do it since i'm going with some big fat MT DR's after my BFG's are gone in the back
