exhaust question

I have an 08 GT, stock manifold, bbk o/r x pipe and flowmaster mufflers. I hate the mufflers so Im going to order new ones. I decided to go with Borla.

Which should I chose?

Should I go with this cat back system to eliminate the stock piping from Ford, and will this bolt up to my x pipe

Borla 140135 - Borla Stainless Steel Aggressive Cat-Back Systems - summitracing.com

Or these and keep the stock ford pipes running to the x pipe

Borla 11750 - Borla Stainless Steel Rear Section Exhaust Systems - summitracing.com

Or last these borlas with the stock ford pipes running to the x pipe

Borla 11752 - Borla Stainless Steel Rear Section Exhaust Systems - summitracing.com

So should I go with the Borla 11752, Borla 140135, or Borla 11750

Thanks a lot

Mike

stinger axle backs. no need for the extra piping, but before you get them from summit talk to rich and see what he can do for you as far as price goes. i'm sure he can probably beat their price. if not american muscle gives you a discount also for being a member on here. rich (RAD Mustangs Performance Parts Shop) has some of the best customer service around and will take care of you much better than one of the big name suppliers.

Go with the second. The Stingers are amazing. The pipes won't give you anything but shine.

i thought that aftermarket ones don't have that flat space above the axle. i'm not saying it will make a world of difference, but it would give a nominal amount of better flow...

Yes, some manufacturers have made them without that flat spot, but I don't know about Borla. I think it's difficult to justify $200+ dollars for nominal, if any gains and the mod is unseen. Then again, it wouldn't be the first time any of us bought something for the car that met that criteria, huh?

Aesthetic vs power mods, i.e., $100 floor matts, $200 trunk lid cover, etc.

I just ordered the first one. It will be here Tuesday. Lets see how much better it is than the shitty flowmasters. It was probably a waste of money for the new piping but whatever its only money I guess
