replaceing wheel stud.

One of my wheel studs is striped at the top of it along with thread on one of the lug nutts. Is there anyway to just replace the stud or do i have to replace the whole rotor?

it's quite easy actually. you go to ford, buy a new stud, take off the brakes, pound out the old stud, put in new stud.

make sure you don't mushroom the old stud when you are knocking it out or it could be a pita to get out. one of mine broke and it took all of maybe 30 min to replace. maybe 45 if you include jacking up and taking out tools.

yeah i think i'm going to have my car there for a good bit in march for my head/cam install. pulling the engine/trans out is the easiest way to do it.
