Tuning question..
i have a pretty good feeling my air fuel ratio is off...my tune from brenspeed is just for an offroad midpipe and my jlt intake...but not for my lt headers. I know the headers affected the ratio a little bit...
My question is can i data log the car under WOT get the air fuel ratio...then change it via sct x2 accordingly??

No. Brenspeed locks out all of those fuctions as this is Proprietary to Brenspeed.
Odds are you are running either just a tad lean or really close to where you should be. The only real way to tell though is to get a wideband on it. I'm fairly certain most Brenspeed tunes are slighty to a good bit rich to begin with. |

damnit lol i might as well just get it dyno tuned as ill get a better tune for the car...the car is also sticking in the rpm range lately..as in im going down the street and i go into neutral and the rpm stays up where it was in gear for like 5 seconds then starts to come down....

Yeah... N/A most guys say around 13.2. Just at JPC says 13.8 for best torque I think.

i don't think i can with the sctx2 even if i data log it...so i have no choice but to go to the dyno...damn..its also my dd too so i don't want a radical air fuel ratio..i bet you im in the 12's on air fuel...

Call them, and get them to email you a tune (your tune) with it unlocked; I cannot think of any reason why they wouldnt. If no luck, PRP software is less than a new dyno tune... DIY!

The Sticking in the upper RPMs is a tuning issue most likely but it could be a dirty Throttle Body. As far As A/F ratio's go, on N/A cars we are seeing better response and better numbers at the track with the A/F ratio in the 12.5-12.7 range.

I would also bet that you will be throwing some codes that deal with the O2 sensors since the tune probably didn't take into consideration the move of the front O2 sensors.

It won't hurt it, but after too long it can take it's toll on the O2 sensor and they may need replacing.

LM-1 makes a good Wideband A/F Monitor pretty cheap, Dynojet's Wideband commander is another good one for on the car.

Id take it to Fastlane , even if they are higher priced you get what you pay for and atleast they can put a wideband on it and get it adjusted to where it should be

Would the slow to react 02 sensor that is compromised cause the idle to hang? It does come back to idle, and you are not complaining about hard starting, so no air leak is my guess. But say the 2nd 02 sensor is sending a signal that might report information on a slower path to idle from the ECM is sorta what I am saying.
