Differences in Hurst Billet Short Throw and Hurst Comp Plus Shifters?

What are the main differences between the Hurst Billet Short Throw and Hurst Comp Plus Shifters? There are about $60 difference in price.

I know that several people have has issues with their Hurst shifters rattling. Are one of the two models more prone to do so?
