In My Endless Quest

For exhaust I have come to the realization that duals wont be happening anytime soon.

We have also come to the conclusion that the Pypes single axle-back is junk..

I came across these two.. any thoughts?

I say go with a factory set-up from a GT, they actually sound pretty good. Bassani and the others, ehh, i would be afraid they would sound too raspy.

Do NOT buy the Pypes muffler. My girlfriend originally had a single GT takeoff muffler on her 2006 4.0, her brother put a Pypes muffler on it. It sounded like crap. It's really ricey. Everything I've heard on the 4.0 other than GT mufflers sounds ricey.

I just got done putting dual GT mufflers on her car and it sounds awesome. If you can't afford to do duals, than just get a single GT muffler. Check out VMPTuning.com .. Justin probably has some GT muffler take offs.

good info there from thumper...............i would do the duals, and if you dont like the stock tips, cut them off and have some better ones welded on.

I think the GT exhaust is the only way to go with a 4.0, and probly one of the cheapest.
