DRI S197 Carbon Fiber Engine Dress Up Kit

Dress up your engine bay with these all new DRI Carbon Fiber Accessories. All DRI Carbon Fiber Accessories are made out of the highest quality, and are 4x4 twill and not 2x2 twill as many others are. All Carbon Fiber parts are made using a vacuum infusion process for the best possible finish and fit. Our Carbon Fiber dress up accessories are perfect for those looking to clean up their engine bay, showing their car, or simply looking for the Carbon Fiber Race look.

Click on the link for more information on the products or to order. Currently we have the Fuse Box Cover, Radiator Cover, and Coolant Reservoir Cover for sale, we also have a complete kit which saves you money. We are thinking of the bringing the intake tube for sale as well. Looking at a price range of $175, if we get at least 5 people to commit we will make them.

I'd rather have a small tight weave pattern. I'd do it than but not with that pattern.

Thank you for the kind words.

Carbon Fiber is not for everyone, I personally am a fan and can tell you these pieces look amazing in person or I would not be selling them.

So, are you going to make a smaller weave pattern as well? .. or just the big one?

Diversity of taste is part of what makes modding stangs fun

Carbon fiber is funny. Personally, it doesnt do much for me. But i have the CF steeda inlet tube, got it becuase it was suppose to add power. And it does stay cool no matter what. But it does get a lot of attention, i get tons of compliments on it. Some people love it. Everytime they say it, i kinda look at it and think, really? But if i pop my hood everyone checks it out, "is that real carbon fiber"....

Derek i guess since you said you would make the cf inlet tube..... is that a steeda in the pic?

I dont know of any. Steeda just came out with one for the GT500.

maybe if you get 5 people to commit DRI will make one for the 2v.

Sure, as long as I can get some 2-3 to commit I can have it made with a tighter weave.

Thank you for the apology. Diversity is definitely a good thing, wouldn't want everybody running around with the same exact look.

Yeah Carbon Fiber is definitely an eye catcher, like I said there are people who are just fanatics of this stuff. I love the look, but I wouldn't go overboard either.

The intake is not a Steeda, my Carbon Fiber guy actually made it for his Mustang. I know Steeda makes one now, but I figure we can make our own, be just as nice or nicer, and save you guys money. If their is interest we can make it happen, and possibly for $150 depending on how many people commit.

^ Yeah, after looking at the picture a bit more myself I don't think I'm too big on the larger weave either. But that's not to say that it's obvious high-quality, well-made carbon fiber products. Just that a smaller weave would definitely be more pleasing to the eye.

I'd be more interested if the weave was tigher as well...how about making extensions for the sides of the radiator cover too?
