Need help About lowering my car

I just bought a set of American Racing Wheels and they are 8.5X20 and 10X20. I want to drop my car but I dont want to buy more than I have to at one time. I have read all the forums about lowering the car and I still cant figure out what to do. I want to lower the car to get rid of the gap but dont want to buy more than needed. I can buy lowering springs but then I see that I will need camber bolts. Then I will need a pan hard rod to fix the rear end alignment. Will someone tell me what I need and what I dont need. I want to altimatly get the suspension tuned for track use. I dont care for straight line. I want my stang to perform like my audi quattro.

Do I need

Shocks
Struts
Camber bolts
LCA's
UCA's
Pan hard rod
springs

or will I be better of going with a coilover set.

I just want to know what I need to lower the car and to get great cornering out of the car?
