Trufiber hoods

I've been wanting to get a new hood and like the look the the GT-S hoods. Still not sure if I like the GT-S 1 or 3 more yet. I was curious on their quality though. Are they still an expensive pain to prep for paint or have they gotten better? Anyone with a Trufiber hood notice shaking and need hood pins? How is the fitment right out of the box?

I've heard they need quite a bit of prep to get them fit properly with consistent gaps and a constant height.

Talk to Mickey. He used to work for HardcorMustangs which worked with Trufiber on some projects. He may be able to give you some insight on the quality.

Newark area...have you seen me around before? I don't see many modded mustangs around my area...I stand out pretty easily.

theres 3-4 of us that run around im in elkton always out on 279 fridays and saturday night well have to meet up
