Got the new axlebacks on and they sound awesome!

Thought I would pull a " mickey" and tell you all about them and not post a video

SSS axle backs....got them from wheel replicas...they are made by aero turbine i guess...same as Aero-exhaust.

Good to know. Been debating on getting the FRPP GTA's.

In a convertible, inside the car = outside the car.

BTW, that Saddle Up's car at the top of CC's website?
She's the only one I know who painted the brake calipers pink.

So you had stingers and switched to these? You like these better? I'm with Margarita Girl on this because I have a convertible and although I would prefer a little more agressive exhaust sound, I don't want it to be so loud that it drives me crazy. I guess us convertible owners have to look at mods a little different (exhaust, suspension, etc).

I went from stock to these. They sound good and alot louder than stock bullitt mufflers. Might be to loud for a vert.

Ok Vert people listen up from one who knows. I have FRPP M5230-5GT axlebacks I LOVE em! Not sure the difference between GTA's and mine other than mine are 304 Stainless or whatever...better. It's just the right amount of throatiness on open throttle and will not make you deaf on a road trip. I highly recommend it and it's a nice low toned sound..sounds like money.

Totally recommend it no hesitation whatsoever!

My previous 03 GT Vert started out with Magnaflow catbacks...then after a few months I decided on a catted X..OMG. Fine for city driving but on the highway it became annoying.

I am considering a catted X again but I think I just talked myself out of it. It's not my daily anymore so I could go for it.

Ok sorry I hyjacked this.....talk amongst yourselves...
