It's in the owners manual, you can get just about any color you want. The car has to be parked to make adjustments. Every time I get in my 05', my wife has another color set.... She's easily entertained...LOL!!!

you don't have to be stopped unless you want to make your own color. if you just want a basic color then all you have to do is press i think the middle button (whichever isn't the info button) until you see the color you see the mycolor in the display then push reset till you find the color you want.

Yes, My GT500 has an option for 3 colors at once. I don't think the GT it but they do have MY COLOR standard.

I'm pretty sure your lights have to be on to set them , I know my blue color isn't on till the lights come on

Yeah, you at least have to have your display panel light on. Mine doesn't let me do anything unless I'm stopped. The feature itself is kinda confusing at first, but with practice you figure out how to work it. I usually change the color at least once a month.
