Screw it and be different get the anderson ford N-53 cams. I read a stroker 3v ran 11's with the N-43 cam of course ported heads and every bolt on available.

My concern is on the low end. My car is a DD and I don't want to lose low-end power. From what I've seen in dyno sheets on FRPP Hot Rod cams vs Comp NSR's -

* FRPP gives up little if anything on the low end
* FRPP starts gaining hp around 3500 rpm while Comp NSR doesn't gain until 4500-5000 rpm
* Comp NSR has a higher peak gain, but as I mentioned it happens late in the rpm band

Do y'all concur?

I saw a few dyno sheets of Comp Stage II SPR that showed no loss on the low end and good gains on the high end, although I forget where in the rpm band the gains started happening.

So...

Oh, BTW I've got 3.31 gears. Yeah, I know I need some 3.73's.

So...

What's a better setup for a daily driver? I don't want some cam that gives up so much on the low end I need 4.10s and then do my daily commuting at some high rpm.

Is Dyno Joe reading this? Just curious. He's on my radar. He's about a day's drive for me and it appears he can do this stuff in his sleep.
Joe is a great guy, definitely go see him. I have the stage II SPR cams and they start pulling real hard around 3500, no loss at all down low

What event is JPC holding? I thought it was a normal test and tune Saturday...I'll be up there, probably on my stock rims and tires..., If I can break 13.5's with those I'm getting hammered drunk that night

LOL, my first time ever at the drag strip in my life, with basically your mods, i ran a 13.1 with a 2.1 60 foot on 18 inch bullits and street tires. Im sure you will break 13.5, you can drive the car normal and do that with your power.

Nevermind his track rental is friday. I forget. you should check it out. Hopefully he has his car there.

Just curious, he has 342rwhp, you don't think he could break into the 12's?

I'm guessing because of traction related reasons.
