Fully stiff! This will keep the rear from squatting and will force the front to raise instead. It also helps with rebound which can make you break loose after the launch.

I always set the front to full soft and the rear to full stiff. Lets the front come up and keeps the back from squatting.

why wouldn't you want the back to squat?? That would create more traction this is why drag shocks and springs for the rear are soft as hell...

I've cut my best 60' times with the passenger side fully stiff, and the drivers side off of full stiff 1 click. This keeps the rebound from breaking you loose after launch, shifts weight to compensate for torque, forces the front end to raise, and transfers more energy forward instead of downward which causes rebounding. Every time you shift with a soft suspension it has to compress the suspension before propelling you forward too.

With full stiff in the rear, the energy of the weight being transferred to the rear tires isn't absorbed in the compression of the springs. It is transferred directly to the tires. I'm no physicist but this is what I've been told by many successful racers.

+1. The rear end used to like to walk off the launch until I got to this setting. Now I launch straight as an arrow.
